Clothes that native English speakers who understand English would never wear.
There are a great many clothes with English writing circulating in Japan.
However, there are also clothes (and accessories) with incorrect spelling and usage of English.
People who don't understand English don't particularly care, but people who do understand English will find the incorrect spelling and incorrect usage very embarrassing and tacky.
